The Hellenic History Foundation (IDISME) was founded in 2008 and aims to save and record the recent history of Hellenism and the use of historical relics and primary sources. The vision of the Hellenic History Foundation is summarized in the verse of M. Anagnostakis "I remember so I exist".
The long tradition of the cultural activity of the Greek educational and cultural associations of the East and especially the unique work of the Hellenic Philological Association of Constantinople (EFSK) is a source of inspiration for all of us at IDISME.
